Over the next decade, this career took him all over western Canada, gaining valuable experience in Emergency Response as well as Hazardous Materials management. From railway fuel spills and building demolitions near the Arctic Ocean to waterway cleaning and disaster mitigation, Kyle has done it all and is an expert in abatement, remediation, and disposal. Due to his excellent reputation and proven ability to get his jobs done safely, efficiently, and on time, he also maintains close working relationships with many contractors and companies in every major industry around western Canada, giving him quick access to any service and expertise that a job may require.

Jason Gallant Project Manager

The newest Project Manager on the AAA team, Jason has been working with Kyle for many years and brings considerable mechanical skills as well as strengths in fleet and shop management. In the field, he has an excellent sense of what equipment and tools will be needed to do a job properly, especially for renovation projects, and can often be found on-site, making sure his projects are moving along smoothly. In his spare time, Jason is an avid golfer and is building up his project estimate skills.

Vaughn Fowler Project Manager

Vaughn has been working in abatement since 1987, and has nearly 70,000 logged hours working with asbestos across British Columbia. His specialties are in abatement, infectious control, emergency response, and remediation, with additional training in Hazardous Materials (Levels 1-3 in BC and AB, as well as a NFPA 472 emergency hazmat technician designation), survival and rescue, first aid, biohazard cleanups, chemical handling, and much, much more. He has supervised or managed numerous large-scale projects over his career, including casino retrofits, hospital renovations, naval bases and frigate stripping, and even a demolition and abatement in Antarctica. At AAA, he analyzes blueprints and bids to create accurate estimates, and consults with clients and other personnel to ensure strong, seamless results.

Richard Tilley Project Manager

Richard has been working in abatement for nearly two decades, starting out as a labourer and working his way up to Project Management with experience in all types of abatement and emergency response (e.g. oil spills, diesel spills, etc). He has run and managed all types of projects across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors, ranging from small jobs of $5k up to major, multi-million dollar projects. He enjoys spending his free time camping and fishing with his family and friends.

Hugo Millan Operations Manager

Hugo started working in abatement around 2009, and began working with Kyle in 2012. As Operations Manager of AAA, Hugo has been at the helm of some of the largest and most complex projects in our history, including a $20 million, high-risk endeavour involving the removal of hundreds of thousands of materials, and the wintertime abatement and demolition of a school building in Inuvik, NWT, with temperatures of -50 C and numerous logistical challenges. He coordinates daily operations at AAA and is involved in every project, carrying thorough training in abatement techniques and IICRC tickets.
